* At least 6 - 8 years experience in Java software development with at least 2 years being the lead.
* Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members in
projects ensuring efficiency in process operations and meeting of
individual & group targets.
* Translating business and technical requirements into logical and physical designs.
* Working with team management and the development staff for planning and execution of large-scale technical requirements.
* Adopting and maintaining programming standards to continually improve quality of applications software.
* Hands on development as and when required.
* Extensive experience in a lead role to define right technological frameworks for complex and repeated problems.
* Played a vital role in defining, implementation and improvement of
software development methodologies for building a quality product
development.
* Played a leadership role in regular product defect/issue reports
analysis and problem root cause analysis approach to improve the quality
of product.
* Extensive experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and also good at RAD (Rapid Application Development)
* Extensive experience of design, development and deployment scenarios with following technologies.
- J2EE, JSP, Spring, Struts, Hibernate, Velocity, Ant, jQuery, JSON, XML, HTML5, CSS, Ajax, MySQL, Oracle.
* Experience of Linux, Unix and Windows Development Environments.
* Must have lead at minimum 4 6 people team
* Able to work in a team or independently with minimum supervision.
